While dining-in will never be an option, family treats can still be enjoyed with specialties from their favorite restaurants with take-out and delivery services.  Aside from Food Panda, which is available in Lipa City, all SM Malls in Batangas have partnered with riders for their SM Pabili Services.  Aside from the updates from the Facebook pages of SM City Lipa, SM City Batangas and SM Center Lemery, Viber groups designed to update the customers on the rider availability and store openings per mall was also introduced.

To ensure a safe malling experience for those who are trying to get their essential supplies and services, several measures are implemented at SM.  These include the provision of directional arrows to manage human traffic, social distancing floor markers to ensure at least 1 meter distance between those in line and those who are using the escalators and elevators. Disinfecting floor mats are also placed in all entrances while all customers are also required to have their temperatures taken before entering in the mall.
