50,000 pamilya na walang SAP, tumatanggap na ng food packs

Tinatayang may 50,000 pamilya sa Batangas City, na hindi makakatanggap ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP) mula sa DSWD ang muling makakatanggap ng food packs.

Ang pamamahagi ng mga food packs bilang ayuda/ tulong ng pamahalaang lungsod ay sinimulan sa iba’t ibang barangay noong isang linggo

Ang bawat pack ay naglalaman ng 10 kilong bigas, mga de lata, kape at Energen.

Tumutulong din ang Boy Scouts of the Philippines Batangas City Council sa pamahalaang lungsod sa pamamahagi ng food packs para sa mga residente.

Unang namahagi ng food packs ang CSWDO pamula ng ipatupad ang enhanced community lockdown noong March 16 para sa mga pinaka apektadong pamilya.

Nag release din agad ang pamahalaang lungsod ng Quick Response Funds (QRF) sa mga barangay para pambili ng karagdagang pagkain para sa kanilang nasasakupan at P20,000.00 financial assistance sa bawat barangay.|
