In a statement Monday, CIDG chief Brig. Gen. Arrested during the operation were suspects with aliases ‘Ronaldo’ and ‘Nestor’, operators of the facility, and two administrative staff identified as alias ‘Roma’ and ‘Leny’.

Torre said the authorities confiscated a variety of illegal LPG equipment and products, including LPG tanks, gas fillers, and compressors, all valued at PHP4.014 million.

He said the arrest and evidence collection were properly documented, with two alternative recording devices (ARDs) used during the operation.

The suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to CIDG Batangas Provincial Field Unit for documentation. They would face charges for violation of Republic Act 11592 or the LPG Industry Regulation Act.| – CLC, pna
