Property firm launches The Villages at Lipa in time for its 25th anniversary
REAL estate developer AboitizLand marks its 25th anniversary by formally rolling out the expansion of its industry city LIMA in Lipa, Batangas. This year, the real estate firm is pouring in PhP7B worth of investments to complete the LIMA experience this year with additions to its residential and commercial components. The Villages at Lipa is a 49-hectare cluster of well-built and -designed homes inspired by Modern Filipino architecture, with amenities conducive to families, and a safe and secure community.
The Villages at Lipa houses Sierra Village which offers Lot Only packages, as well as townhouses with a floor area ofย 93mยฒ floor, and single attached and single detached homes with floor areas ranging from 103mยฒ to 150mยฒ.
Meanwhile, Brook Village has Lot Only packages, as well as townhouses with a floor area of 53mยฒ t and single attached homes with floor areas ranging from 65mยฒ to 80mยฒ.
