The PGS is a strategic framework designed to guide public institutions in achieving long-term reforms through structured governance roadmaps. By integrating global best practices in strategy management, the PGS helps public sector organizations meet evolving demands, ensuring their initiatives endure beyond changes and disruptions.

As a non-profit organization, ISA is committed to driving public sector excellence. It envisions a Dream Philippines where every government institution delivers with integrity and efficiency, and every citizen actively contributes to nation-building.|
