In his assumption address, PBGen Wanky expressed his commitment to sustain the gains of PRO CALABARZON and further strengthen its operational capabilities. He vowed to intensify the fight against criminality, illegal drugs, and insurgency, while upholding police discipline, professionalism, and transparency.
