Sa mosyon ni Senior Board Member Ma. Claudette U. Ambida, tagapangulo ng Committee on Appropriation, pinagtibay ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ang 2022 General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 na naglalaman ng Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) incentive ng unyon ng mga empleyado para sa taong 2022.

Makatatanggap ng naturang benepisyong pinansyal ang lahat ng kawani ng kapitolyo, maging sila man ay permanent, co-terminus o casual status.

Samantala, kaalinsabay nito ay kagyat na inaksyunan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ang liham ni Gobernador Hermilando I Mandanas na maaprubahan ang monetization ng leave credits ng mga opisyal at empleyado na aabot sa P40-milyon.
