DS Abu receives in Saudi’s Consultative Assembly head at NAIA

DEPUTY Speaker and Batangas Congressman Raneo Abu recently received the President of the Majlis Al Shura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Ibrahim Al-SHeikh, at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia, also known as Majlis ash-Shura or Shura Council, is the formal advisory body of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  It has the power to propose laws to the King of Saudi Arabia and his cabinet.

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Sheikh is in the country for a four-day Official Visit which include courtesy calls in both Malacañang and in the House of Representatives.|- PMA
