Innovative training firm opens in Lipa City

NEWLY-opened training firm in Lipa City, EIC Training and Consultancy Services, aimed at providing companies with relevant, up-to-date capsule trainings in educational, industrial and corporate settings was launched recently to cater a particular market.

Sessions are presented by seasoned professionals with experience in both Philippine and ASEAN markets like Singapore, Indonesia, India and Vietnam.

One of its flagship programmes for education, the Neo-Writers Project, helps youths aged 13 and up to write short stories eligible for publishing, while workshops for industries include project management, logistics and IT. Corporate workshops focus on customer experience, negotiation skills, PR and marketing.

EIC Training and Consultancy Services conducts mentorship sessions and workshops that provide both national and regional perspectives on trends and industry practices through structured learning experiences.

Created by former Director for Programmes of the Singapore Book Council, Mr Carlo Venson Peña, EIC aims to improve the Filipino workforce’s capabilities further by exposing them to tested practices and principles in local and international environments.
