P5.8-M halaga ng interbensyon, ipinamahagi ng DA-4A sa Quezon

Higit sa P5,800,574 ang halaga ng interbensyong naipamahagi ng Department of Agriculture IV-CALABARZON (DA-4A) sa unang distrito ng lalawigan ng Quezon noong ika-2 ng Hulyo, 2024.

Pinangunahan ang pamamahagi sa bayan ng Infanta at General Nakar nina OIC-Regional Director Fidel Libao at Quezon 1st District Representative Cong. Mark Enverga kasama ang mga representante mula sa tanggapan nina Quezon Governor Helen Tan, Infanta Mayor Filipina Grace America, General Nakar Mayor Eliseo Ruzol, at iba pang kawani ng Kagawaran at lokal na pamahalaan.

Binubuo ang mga suporta ng P5,473,204 halaga ng binhing pananim na palay, fertilizer discount voucher, tatlong floating tiller, at dalawang hand tractor mula sa Rice Program; P252,120 halaga ng mga bag ng binhing mais at pataba mula sa Corn Program; at P75,250 halaga ng 18 kilo na binhing gulay mula sa High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP).

Pasasalamat naman ang hatid ni Aries Flores, pangulo ng Infanta Multipurpose Cooperative, sa kauna-unahang makinarya na natanggap nila, ang isang unit ng floating tiller na nagkakahalaga ng P109,000. Aniya, mas lalago ang kanilang produksyon dahil mas mapapabilis ang paghahanda nila ng lupa sa tulong ng makinarya.|-BNN
