Manila, Philippines – Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar presided over the oath-taking ceremony of the new Board of Governors of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) on February 20, 2023, at the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Auditorium in Quezon City.
The event was graced by high-ranking officials of the Department, including Undersecretaries Garry De Guzman, Avelino Tolentino III, Wilfredo Mallari, and Henry Yap, Assistant Secretaries Melissa Aradanas and Rey Montalbo Jr., and Directors Stefan Ema Mae Corregidor, Mario Mallaro, and Christine Ilagan.
Among those who took the oath were Chairman of the Board Arlene C. Keh, National President Leonardo B. Dayao, Jr., 1st Vice President Joy Z. Manaog, 2nd Vice President Francis Richmond Z. Villegas, Corporate Secretary Gena U. Chua, Assistant Corporate Secretary Maya K. Colayco, Treasurer Clarissa G. de Joya, Chief Marketing Officer Steven A. Tambunting, Governors Kerwin V. Padua, Renato Renato S. Tan, and Mena R. Ojeda Jr., Governor of Panay Chapter Elizabeth Belmonte, Advisers Armenia Ballesteros, Ricky Celis, Bansan C. Choa, George T. Siy, and Rosie Tsai, as well as Executive Director Santiago F. Ducay and Administrative and Strategic Associates Hanah G. Ramon and Liber Val L. Reboquio.

SHDA is a national organization of real estate developers that aims to promote and improve the housing industry in the Philippines. The oath-taking ceremony marked the start of the new board of governors’ term and their commitment to fulfilling the organization’s objectives.
