ISINAILALIM na sa State of Emergency ng pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang buong probinsya ng Batangas dahil sa halos walang patid na pag-uulan at pagbaha bunsod ng bagyong #CarinaPH.

“By virtue of the authority granted by existing Laws, Governor Hermilando Mandanas, with concurrence of Vice Governor Mark Leviste and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, declares STATE OF EMERGENCY in the Province of Batangas EFFECTIVE NOW, 23 JULY 2024, and promulgate as soon as possible,” saad ng anunsyo ng kapitolyo ngayong umaga.

Kaugnay nito, ipatutupad na ng kapitolyo ang mga programang pangkalamidad sa lalo’t madaling panahon.| – Joenald Medina Rayos
