AboitizLand debuts Philippine’s largest outlet mall with an all-out holiday extravaganza of its 9.3 hectare The Outlets at Lipa in Lipa City, Batangas last December 7.
Designed to integrate shopping, dining and sports into a unique lifestyle development, The Outlets at Lipa includes global retail brands and homegrown food stops while being complemented with a Luzonโs largest artificial turf Aboitiz Pitch.

Bringing in outstanding variety of premium brands, The Outlets at Lipa currently houses Nike Park Outlet, Havaianas Outlet, Optique Outlet, US Department Store, World Balance Outlet and Dickies Concept Shop. Restaurants such as Choobi-choobi, Giligans, Hap Chan, Ichiban Boshi, Cafรฉ De Lipa, Turks and Happy Cup are also open.
More brands are expected to open in 2019 including H&M, Leviโs, Adidas and Sports Warehouse.
Located inside the Lima Technology Center in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas, The Outlets will have almost 30,000 square meters of gross leasable space that can accommodate over 200 local and international brands.It will feature family-friendly open spaces with wide pathways, alongside an extensive variety of restaurants and food stops, positioning this shopping destination as one of AboitizLandโs biggest commercial developments.|
