How to join
- Group must be with a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 members, aged 13 to 40 years.
- Must register at the mall admin
office of SM Center Lemery and submit the following:
- Completely filled-out registration form
- 3000 worth of receipts from any store at SM Center Lemery dated within registration dates identified for their chosen elimination schedule
- Photocopy of birth certificate of all group members
- Signed parent’s or guardian’s consent for those below 18 years old
- Signed liability waiver
