Babaeng huwes sa Batangas, pinarangalan muli sa panibagong antas na tinapos

TANAUAN City, Batangas — MULING kuminang ang kagalingan ng isang huwes sa Lalawigan ng Batangas matapos magtapos “with flying colors” sa isang graduate course nitong Martes, Nobyembre 15.

Tinanggap ng kagalang-galang na hukom, Charito Macalintal-Sawali, ang karangalan bilang Salutatorian sa kaniyang pagtatapos ng Master in Public Safety Administration sa Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC).

Bukod dito, bilang Class President, siya rin ang ginawaran ng General Teresa Magbanua Leadership Excellence Award; at tinanggap rin ang karangalang Dr. Jose Rizal Academic Excellence Award bilang Salutatorian; at Best in Policy Paper Award bilang gold medalist sa kaniyang “Revisiting SUpreme Court Decisions and Resolutions on Plea Bargaining in Drug Cases Towards Adopting Uniform Guidelines in Resolving Motions for Plea Bargaining”.

Si Judge Sawali ang Executive Judge ng Regional Trial Court sa Tanauan City, Batangas at siya ring Presiding Judge ng RTC-Branch 66 sa naturang lungsod. Siya rin ay pairing judge sa Regional Trial Court Branch 4 sa Batangas City.

Ilang taon na ang nakalipas, tinapos ni Judge Sawali ang pagiging doktor ng batas at tinanggap ang karangalan bilang Salutatorian nang magtapos siya ng Doctor of Civil Law sa University of Sto. Tomas Faculty of Civil Law, ang kaisa-isahang Pontifical University sa Asya at Pasipiko.

Lubos namang ikinagalak ng buong legal community sa Batangas ang bagong karangalang tinanggap ni Judge Sawali, partikular ng University of Batangas College of Law, kung saan siya nagtapos ng pagiging Juris Doctor noong taong 2003 at ngayon ay isa ring propesor sa naturang law school.

Taglay pa rin ang kaniyang sipag at dedikasyon bilang isang asawa at ina, patuloy siyang nagiging inspirasyon ng maraming kababaihang naglilingkod sa bayan bilang isang alagad ng batas.|BNN News Team
