DA Nagbigay ng Coaching and Mentoring para sa mga Kooperatibang PRDP Grantees

NAGSAGAWA ng isang Coaching & Mentoring tungkol sa procurement and finance ang Project Support office at Regional Project Coordination Office ng Department of Agriculture Region IV-A para sa mga kooperatibang nabigyan ng pondo para sa mga proyektong pang agrikultura, sa ilalim ng Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP).

Ang nasabing pagtitipon ay ginanap sa Provincial Planning and Development Office Conference Room, noong ika-29 ng Mayo taong 2018.

Kabilang sa mga proyektong pang agrikultura na pumasa sa PRDP ay nakatuon sa produksyon ng Kapeng Barako, Seaweeds at Dairy Cattle na isasagawa naman ng mga kooperatibang mula sa Lipa City, Agoncillo, Nasugbu at Calatagan.

Kasama sa mga tinalakay ang pagbibigay ng mga alintuntunin tungkol sa Procurement at Finance. Itinuro din ang paggawa ng Request for Quotation (RFQ), Terms & Conditions at Contract Agreement upang mas mapalawig pa ang kaalaman ng mga dumalo sa pagtataguyod at wastong implementasyon ng organisadong proyektong pang agrikultura.

Bukod sa mga project proponents dumalo rin ang LGU Bids and Awards Committee; Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood, Enterprise and Development Office (PCLEDO); Provincial Engineering Office (PEO); at Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO). – John Derick G. Ilagan at Bryan Mangilin
