THE Active Group of Companies recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking for its newest project, The Alcove at Mount Malarayat in Lipa City, Batangas.

A discreet enclave located right at the Gate 3 entrance of Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club and Residential Estates, The Alcove at Mount Malarayat is envisioned to be the next phase of Mount Malarayat lifestyle living.

Earlier also last month, Active Land Estate Sales, Inc. (ALESI), the sales organization of the Active Group of Companies, recently held a ribbon-cutting and blessing ceremony for its new sales office in Lipa, Batangas.

The Active Group of Companies has three ongoing real estate projects in Batangas: Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club and Residential Estates in Lipa; Mozzafiato in Balete; and Porto Laiya in San Juan. AGC president and CEO Antonio V. Turalba, Jr. has earlier presented the blueprint of the Mozzafiato project and other company’s undertaking during the 2019 Batangas Development Summit last January in Lima park Hotel in Malvar town where in the company also served as an event partner.|JOENALD MEDINA RAYOS
