Sunnies Specs is the newest optical shop at SM City Lipa located at the ground floor of the mall’s annex building. With a simple mission to make its customers see things in their best light, Sunnies Specs picked and designed frames that will last a long time and in styles that will be loved by its patrons.
Lionesse is a world renowned beauty brand known for offering quality, high-end, luxurious beauty products created to fit everyday needs. With its new branch located at the annex building of SM City Lipa, it aims to deliver what is now known as Lionesse’s luxury skin care line while at the same time educate women and men about their skin and the importance of radiating beauty from the inside out.
Don Juan Boodle House, located at the second floor of SM Lipa’s annex building is a Filipino concept restaurant that serves the regional dishes of the Philippines. With its humble beginnings in the town of Taal Batangas, the restaurant has grown to have four branches now in the CALABARZON area.
Thanks to Pierre Loti Turkish Ice Cream, the chewy, thick and elastic texture of this popular Turk dessert has reached the palates of the Filipinos. Not only that the ice cream’s delicious taste and resistance to melting makes it appetizing, but the manner on how it is sold gives the consumer more than a dessert but a fun experience.
