SAN LUIS, Batangas – THE local police force here welcomes a multi-awarded officer as their new station chief.
Taking the helm of San Luis Municipal Police Station as Office-in-Charge is Police Senior Inspector Alberto Fetizanan Fabregas, 53.
Outgoing Acting Chief of Police, Police Senior Inspector Franco Salazar Esguerra handed over the command to Fabregas in a simple ceremony that was presided by Deputy Provincial Director for Administration, PSupt. Rodolfo M. Ama held Monday at Camp Gen Miguel C Malvar, in Kumintang Ilaya, Batangas City.|#BALIKAS_News
