COA – Prov’l Satellite Office, itatayo sa Batangas

NAKIISA si Batangas Gov. Hermilando I. Mandanas sa isinagawang Groundbreaking Ceremony para sa magiging bagong tanggapan ng Commission on Audit (COA) Region IV-A – Provincial Satellite Auditing Office (PSAO) sa Provincial Sports Complex, Bolbok, Batangas City, Abril 23.

Ayon kay Gov. Mandanas, isang malaking karangalan para sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas ang maging katuwang ng COA sa pagpapatayo ng satellite office nito sa Lalawigan ng Batangas.  Malapit aniya siya sa COA sapagkat ang propesyon niya ay Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at ang una niyang naging trabaho ay ang pagiging Auditor.

Binigyang-diin pa ni Gov. Mandanas na kaagapay ng COA ang Lalawigan ng Batangas para sa kung anumang kakailanganin nila upang maging maayos at maganda ang magiging pagseserbisyo nito sa publiko.

Sa mensahe ni COA Chairperson Michael Aguinaldo, ang bagong gusali na itatayo sa Batangas ay ikalawang Provincial Satellite sa Region IV-A. Lubos ang pasasalamat ng COA Chairperson sa tulong at suporta ng Batangas Provincial Government at Sangguniang Panlalawigan, sa pangunguna ni Gov. Mandanas.  Dagdag pa niya, si Gov. Mandanas ang “the best Chairman, the Commission on Audit ever had.”
