BATANGAS City — MAYOR Beverley Rose Dimacuha awards the certificate of recognition to the Batangas City PNP for their exemplary performance in ensuring a safe and peaceful 2019 New year celebration in the city which resulted in Zero Incidents and Zero casualties from firecrackers and pyrotechnics and Zero victims of stray bullets and indiscriminate firing of firearms.
