CALATAGAN, Batangas – KATUWANG ang Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) ng Department of Agriculture, iginawad ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas ang halagang PhP 3 Milyon sa Batangas Seaweeds Farmers Association (BASEFA) ng bayang ito sa panlalawigang kapitolyo, Setyembre 10,

Pinangunahan ang turn-over ng nasabing PRDP fund nina Batangas Gov. Dodo Mandanas at Provincial Cooperative, Livelihood and Enterprise Development Officer Celia L. Atienza, na siya ring Investment in Rural Enterprises and Agricultural and Fishery Productivity (I-REAP) component head ng pamahalaang panlalawigan.
