SAN JOSE, Batangas — NAHULOG na sa kamay ng otoridad nitong Huwebes ng hapon, Hulyo 26, ang isang wanted sa kasong paglabag sa batas kontra iligal na droga, matapos maihain sa kaniya ang warrant of arrest na saktong isang linggong naipapalabas ng hukuman.

Kinilala ni PCI Jopia, hepe ng San Jose Municipal Police Station ang arestadong akusado na si Dennis Harina y Empase alyas “Doni”, 34, at residente ng Brgy. Taysan, San Jose, Batangas.

Si Harina ay may nakabinbing kasong paglabag sa Section 5, Article III ng Repubkic Act 9165 kung kaya’t siya’y nasakote sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest na inisyu ni Judge Ruben A. Galvez ng Regional Trial Court (RTC) – Branch 3 sa Batangas City noong sinundang Huwebes July 19, 2018.

Matapos maipabatid sa akusado ang kaniyang mga karapatan sa ilalim ng Saligambatas, dinala na ang akusado sa San Jose District Hospital para sa kaukulang medical examination.

Nakapiit na ngayon ang akusado sa custodial facility ng San Jose Municipal Police Station.|#BALIKAS_News
